Diversity

Diversity.
Hello friends.
Today I am going to convince you that diversity is a good thing. We are all different yet we are one somewhere, because we are getting affected by others.
I am sure you all have been through it and gotten angry and wondered why people are not like you. You must have thought sometimes that this world would be so much better if people understood the way I work or if they were like me….. Right?
Well in my experience….I was the same, and was really annoyed that I have to adjust where ever I go.
I am from india with a very strong traditional Indian base and I was brought up to be the opposite of who I am now….
Well…. we start our lives being someone alse, by the time we are middle age we realize we have to start being ourselves.
After living in India for 33 years I visited UK first and I noticed and felt embarrased by the number of time my mother-in-law said please and thank you…. to me….In India ….usually the opposite happens.
The Christmas cold was another shocking thing…I remember thinking…How can people tolerate living in such a climate? Anyway I didn’t knew then that one can get used to anything eventually.
I lived in Germany for few months and I realized that people are very serious …but everything seems to be in order, which was a surprise for me because in my country order is not followed.
Also I realized in Germany that people are just so cautious and aware of every disaster that can happen and take precautions before it can happen….which again was shocking because people in my country usually depend on God to take care of disasters.
Well I have lived in Spain longer than any other European country and I landed in Lanzarote first. It was beautiful…I felt free…but after a few years I realized I have nothing much to do and people just don’t socialize enough…..and there were no metros or proper buses so I needed to drive…..and to get an European drivers licence I needed to take the exam in Spanish…and I realized that it was almost impossible to learn Spanish on that level….so another diverse problem.
Anyway……Madrid has been the best place I have lived so far…there are things that I don’t like here but most of the things are pleasant to me in this city….and it is here I realized that diversity is good.
We need to be different…every place needs to be different….or also life would be so boring….there would be no adventure no expansion or stimulation in life.
I can see that more and more people live in different countries than they were born into…and they are realizing the diversity…..I see a time where people can live among one another in a variety of personalities and a variety of every other kind of orientations.
I see a world of such diversity that provide us strength and basis for expansion.
I see a world where in our differences we find our true strengths.
I no longer see limitations and lack.
I see that I am free to be as I can be, because I think the thoughts that give me the resonance of that freedom, and that I am no longer going to ask the impossible of the world to come into alignment with I want. I don’t want world alignment, I want diversity.
The diversity is the basis of that which we are becoming.
The only place where one needs alignment or the only place where one needs to resonate with is we ourselves and our own dreams.
Diversity is only making us realize that everything is possible.
