True understanding...is...moving from intellectual understanding to .....knowing.

What does this mean?

First we have an intellectual understanding....then we move back to square one....then we kind of think about it if it had any effect on us. Then we doubt it a little...then we have an experience which reminds us of it....then we act on that experience with the new knowledge....and then we believe it a little bit more.....and the same process repeats again and again in our lives if we are aware of it....till we get it!

And then we know :)

When we know.......we truly know!

Find little things to be tickled about.

It's true that little things.... like...for me it's painting my nails......or keeping my kitchen clean....or just watering my indoor plants....and many more...takes me to a place of self appreciation and fulfillment.....and from there it puts me right back into my source energy from where all the good things start flowing into my life.

Today my son was making a salad....while I was cooking and he started to ask me something about mobile phones....and I said the mobile phone will work out better if he just felt the texture of the salad in his hands...and cut the avocado with interest and just feel the salad while he is making it....of course...he was laughing at it...but I know he knew what I was trying to say.....it is not easy to talk about it....but it is much easier to FEEL it.

So all we need to do is feel the moment....and enjoy the textures of the things that we are holding in our hands in this moment.

The best revenge in life is.....massive success.

Yes.....yes....yes.......who doesn't want this.
Please never....never stop.
Find a reason....a strong reason to keep going....because this is the reason we came to this world....and we will never be satisfied unless we LIVE IT!!

We are who we are......

We are who we are and how we feel where we are is everything!!!

Yes..............really everything!

Usually we see such sentences and even understand them.....but after 5 minutes we are back to square one....right?

That is why I believe that more has to be said as to why this sentence is .....everything!

By this time of our existence on earth....most of us know that how we think and feel is what we attract....right?

So if we really give some importance to feel happy where we are....we are going to attract that....it is really that simple.

You might be in an uncomfortable situation....but the power is in our heart and mind.....nothing physical needs to be changed....they change automatically once our feelings have changed....REALLY!

I do not like to complicate things....but I am so excited by this obvious solution to all our problems....which is at our fingertips.....I feel like screaming to all those who think negative thoughts on a continuous basis.

One more thing......which is very important is when we do have negative thoughts sometimes(which is inevitable)....pls do not get angry at that feeling....because....remember we attract our feelings :)........so just be aware of the negative once with grace and slowly turn it around with the fact that WE KNOW.....what we are doing......and that is the greatest strength we have!!

Happy THINKING.....AND FEELING.....:)

PS: Think ANYTHING to feel good.....it is not what we think....it is how we feel when we think!!!

Everyday is a new begining....

I haven't written for quite a few days? months?....but you were always on my mind. As a boyfriend would say to his girlfriend :)

In my case it's true....:)

But today is a new day...and so is everyday....except we don't remember it...and continue living in the memories of whatever happened yesterday...day before yesterday...or even last year......Uff.

So without any guilt feelings...here I go with my words....and encouraging each one of you who reads this....please feel 'FREE' and do whatever you want to do now...which was not done before.....:)

Good luck ;)

Who is Krsna?

Once upon a time there was a little boy called Krsna. He was born in a very unusual circumstance. He was supossed to be killed the moment he was born….but to make the long story short, he was saved.

He was brought up by what we would call here as foster parents in a beautiful village in the north of India, called Vindraban.

While he was growing up his parents realised that he had unusual powers…he did things that surprised them…like fight with giants and monsters. Soon every one in that village realised that He was VERY VERY SPECIAL.

Today Krsna is a name that is widespread all over the world. Many know him as Hare Krsna…

And many have seen devotees of Krsna to be singing and dancing on the streets. People do not really know why do they sing and dance on the streets.

Well they do so to remind them selves that Krsna belived in having fun…and this was they way he lived.

For me Krsna represents love, passion and zest for life. He is that romantic influence that I had a crush on as a teenager…and was delighted to know that he was God too. I couldn’t belive that I was in love with God. It seemed absurd….because society in general creates a distance between humans and God.

I then read the holy bible of the Hindus called Bhagavat Gita which are words uttered by Krsna….I felt so releaved after reading that book…I got even further away from the general society!….Well you have to read the book….as to understand how did that happen.

Let me tell you how Krsna spent his days.

He got up in the morning and went to the green wild fields and started to play his favourite instrument the flute….as soon as he sent the melodious sound in the air…..the cows started to walk towards him….for grazing….and the women went crazy with the sweet sound…they all came to him…sat next to him and listened to his flute….later they all danced with Krsna…..and when Krsna felt like it….he went home….only to join his brother and other male friends…to do some mischief….like stealing and eating butter and yogurt and displacing things and confusing people…just for fun.

His parents got a lot of complaints…but Krsna always knew how to win peoples hearts, he only had to look at them with loving eyes….and a loving smile, and deny everything.

In the evening when people asked where were their cows?…he played the flute again and all the cows came back to the village.

Every thing seemed to be easy and fun for him……but then came the part of his life that got harder….he was summoned by the king…the king who wanted him killed when he was born. The king wanted him killed because he was told by the higher sources that Krsna will end his life one day.

The king was his uncle and he was curious to see how Krsna was developing as a person and if the predictions were really true.

Krsna was a young man then and he had to separate from his loved ones and his favourite girlfriend Radha. The whole village was in tears….they all loved him a lot and felt lost without him….but Krsna knew that he had to go and change the dark side of humanity…many things needed to be done by him…that is why he was here.

A whole episode of a different lifestyle occurred later….and many years passed…..ofcourse he won the battle with his uncle and then was involved in other episodes of politics….where there was eventually a huge battle between two kingdoms that belonged to the same family…and Krsna was the friend and advicer of one of the kings called Arjuna. Arjuna relied on Krsna for all kinds of advice….Arjuna didn’t want to fight with his cousins, but Krsna the explained the obvious thigs that will happen and how….it is then in the middle of the battle field, the bible of the Hindus was born, ‘The Bhagvat Gita’ . Even in the battle field Krsna never stopped playing tricks on the opposing army and confusing them. I think the phrase ‘All is fair in love and war’ was invented then.

No one knows what happened in the end……I always questioned this as a child and got very silly answers like he dissapeared, or he was living happily ever after in heaven…..etc, etc.

Much later in life I realised that this God who is known as the Supreme God….was never in a serious mood….He was always smiling…..He was always trying to have fun…..and He never cared what the people thaught about him…..and yet we all love him……

Do we all have something to learn from Him?

Does this mean that life is supposed to be fun?

Are we supossed to not care what people think about us?

And finally….from deep inside our hearts…..

Aren’t we all….. like Him? :)

Not looking back....

Look in the direction of where we want to be.
Speak in the direction of where we want to be.
Never again look back over the shoulder about where we have come from.

I know this is contrary of what we have been educated into i.e never forget your roots.

What this really means is that if you want to grow or expand or even change something in your life...we have to change our thoughts first.
Change thoughts...change results...right?
So why stick to the roots?
Where ever we put our attention to....manifests!
What a strong and complete sentence this is for me! and you?
